Tips For Keeping Your Aliner Windows In Good Shape

  • Be careful when cleaning near window seals – Sometimes, you might get some gunk on your trailer that’s hard to get off. Maybe it’s pine sap, or some other sticky, gooey material. It’s tempting to reach for a solvent to clean things, however, some solvents and harsh cleaners can degrade window seals and gaskets.
  • Be-ar Careful! – Some Aliner models are pretty small. With that said, do not keep food or fragrant items inside your camper. Bears may come by and try to pry their way in. Since there’s only one way in and out of an Aliner, you really don’t want to be in that situation.
  • Know your blind spots – Reversing your camper takes skill and hours behind the wheel. So, for your first few times out, take it slow so you don’t back into anything that can damage your windows. We recommend practicing backing up in an empty parking lot.
